Michael G. Holeman
President
Michael Holeman founded Holeman Homes, Inc. in 2001. Under his leadership, the business has steadily grown into one of the most respected construction companies in South Florida and the Treasure Coast.
Prior to founding the company, Mike worked in the industry for over 22 years with other general contracting firms in both Florida and New Jersey. He has completed advanced college coursework in Construction Management and holds a degree in Computer Science. He is a Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida and a Registered Building Contractor in numerous Counties in the state.
John Tremblay
Project Manager
John Tremblay has worked for Holeman Homes, Inc. since 2004. He is responsible for all aspects of job cost estimation, project planning, subcontractor scheduling/coordination, quality control, and building inspections.
John has more than 15 years construction experience. Prior to joining Holeman Homes, he worked as a Superintendent for a major construction company in South Florida and operated his own carpentry company. He is a Certified OSHA professional and a skilled Estimator.
Melanie Q.
Office Manager
Melanie is responsible for the company's bookkeeping operations and management of its corporate office. Prior to joining Holeman Homes, Inc., she managed the operations of two multi-million dollar construction companies and was a Financial Analyst at the U.S. Treasury Department and an Operations Specialist with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. She holds an M.B.A. in Finance.
